fa بیماری ویروس بوندیبوگیو در سال 2026: مروری بر اپیدمیولوژی، تشخیص، درمان، پیشگیری و آمادگی نظام سلامت Bundibugyo Virus Disease in 2026: An Overview of Epidemiology, Diagnosis, Treatment, Prevention, and Health System Preparedness سایر موارد مروری Review چکیده زمینه: ویروس بوندیبوگیو (Bundibugyo virus; BDBV) یکی از گونه‌های بیماری‌زای جنس Orthoebolavirus است که می‌تواند موجب بیماری شدید و مرگ‌ومیر قابل‌توجه شود. با وجود اهمیت بهداشت عمومی، این ویروس در مقایسه با ویروس ابولای زئیر کمتر مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته است. نبود واکسن و درمان اختصاصی، محدودیت‌های تشخیصی و خطر گسترش منطقه‌ای، ضرورت آمادگی برای مقابله با این پاتوژن را افزایش داده است. مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی جامع اپیدمیولوژی، ویژگی‌های بالینی، تشخیص، درمان، واکسن، پیشگیری و کنترل بیماری ناشی ازBDBV، با تمرکز بر شواهد مرتبط با همه‌گیری سال 2026، انجام شد. روش کار: این مطالعه یک مرور روایتی ـ تحلیلی از شواهد منتشرشده و گزارش‌های معتبر درباره بیماری ناشی از ویروس بوندیبوگیو، با تمرکز بر همه‌گیری سال 2026 است. منابع علمی و گزارش‌های معتبر با استفاده از کلیدواژه‌های مرتبط باBDBV، بیماری ویروس ابولا، همه‌گیری، اپیدمیولوژی، تشخیص، درمان، واکسن، پیشگیری، کنترل عفونت و انتقال فرامرزی جست‌وجو و بررسی شدند. منابع منتخب شامل مطالعات مروری، مطالعات مدل‌سازی، مطالعات مشاهده‌ای، گزارش‌های بالینی و سیاستی و ارزیابی‌های خطر بودند. پس از غربالگری، 13 مقاله به‌عنوان منابع اصلی وارد تحلیل و یافته‌ها به‌صورت موضوعی تلفیق و تفسیر شدند. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان‌داد که همه‌گیری BDBV در سال 2026 با چالش‌هایی شامل تشخیص دیرهنگام، محدودیت ظرفیت آزمایشگاهی، کم‌تشخیصی موارد و دشواری ردیابی تماس همراه بوده است. نبود واکسن و درمان تأییدشده اختصاصی برایBDBV، اهمیت مراقبت‌های حمایتی و ارزیابی درمان‌ها و واکسن‌های در حال توسعه را برجسته می‌کند. ناامنی، آوارگی جمعیت، بی‌اعتمادی اجتماعی، ضعف زیرساخت‌های بهداشتی و تحرکات فرامرزی نیز کنترل همه‌گیری را پیچیده‌تر ساخته‌اند. شواهد اپیدمیولوژیک و مدل‌سازی بر احتمال کم‌گزارشی قابل‌توجه موارد و ضرورت تقویت نظارت منطقه‌ای تأکید داشتند. کنترل مؤثر بیماری نیازمند ترکیبی از تشخیص سریع، ایزوله‌سازی، ردیابی تماس، پیشگیری و کنترل عفونت، تدفین ایمن، مشارکت فعال جامعه و هماهنگی فرامرزی است. نتیجه‌گیری: همه‌گیری BDBV شکاف‌های موجود در آمادگی جهانی برای مقابله با فیلوویروس‌های کمتر شناخته‌شده را آشکار کرد. تقویت ظرفیت تشخیص پان‌فیلوویروس، توسعه واکسن‌ها و درمان‌های با پوشش گسترده، سرمایه‌گذاری در زیرساخت‌های بهداشتی و آزمایشگاهی و ایجاد نظام‌های پاسخ جامعه‌محور و هماهنگ فرامرزی برای کاهش خطر همه‌گیری‌های آینده ضروری است. Abstract Background: Bundibugyo virus (BDBV) is one of the pathogenic species of the genus Orthoebolavirus that can cause severe disease and substantial mortality. Despite its public health importance, this virus has been less studied compared with Zaire ebolavirus. The absence of specific vaccines and treatments, diagnostic limitations, and the risk of regional spread have increased the need for preparedness to address this pathogen. The present study aimed to comprehensively review the epidemiology, clinical features, diagnosis, treatment, vaccines, prevention, and control of BDBV disease, with a focus on evidence related to the 2026 outbreak. Methods: This study employed a narrative-analytical research design. Relevant scientific literature and authoritative reports were systematically searched and reviewed using keywords related to Bundibugyo virus (BDBV), Ebola virus disease, outbreaks, epidemiology, diagnosis, treatment, vaccination, prevention, infection control, and cross-border transmission. Selected sources included review studies, modeling studies, observational studies, clinical and policy reports, and risk assessments. Following screening, 13 articles were included as the main sources for analysis, and the findings were thematically synthesized and interpreted. Results: The results showed that the BDBV outbreak in 2026 was associated with challenges including delayed diagnosis, limited laboratory capacity, under-detection of cases, and difficulties in contact tracing. The absence of approved specific vaccines and treatments for BDBV highlights the importance of supportive care and the evaluation of treatments and vaccines under development. Insecurity, population displacement, social mistrust, weak health infrastructure, and cross-border population movements have also complicated outbreak control. Epidemiological and modeling evidence emphasized the possibility of substantial underreporting of cases and the need to strengthen regional surveillance. Effective disease control requires a combination of rapid diagnosis, isolation, contact tracing, infection prevention and control, safe burial practices, active community engagement, and cross-border coordination. Conclusion: The BDBV outbreak revealed existing gaps in global preparedness to address less-studied filoviruses.
