fa علل خارج کردن دندانهای دائمی و عوامل مرتبط در بیماران مراجعه کننده به درمانگاه مرکزی شهرکرج سال 92-91 عمومى General پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL"><strong>زمینه:</strong> نظر به شیوع روز افزون خارج کردن دندان<span dir="LTR">‌</span>های دائمی به علل مختلف و عوارض شناخته شده مرتبط با آن و با توجه به راهکارهایی در خصوص دندان<span dir="LTR">‌</span>هایی که قابل درمان هستند تحقیق حاضر با هدف علل خارج کردن دندان<span dir="LTR">‌</span>های دائمی و عوامل مرتبط با آن در مراجعین به مرکز بهداشتی درمانی شهر کرج طی سال<br> 92-91 انجام گرفت.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>روش کار:</strong> تحقیق به صورت توصیفی مقطعی و بر روی 240 بیمار انجام و پس از استخراج متغیرهای مورد بررسی شامل علت کشیدن دندان، جنس، سن، میزان تحصیلات، استعمال سیگار، سابقه بیماری سیستمیک با استفاده از نرم<span dir="LTR">‌</span>افزار آماری <span dir="LTR">(spss10)</span> وهمچنین با روش<span dir="LTR">‌</span>های آمار توصیفی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل واقع گردیدند.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>یافته</strong><strong><span dir="LTR">‌</span></strong><strong>ها:</strong> در مطالعه حاضر شایع<span dir="LTR">‌</span>ترین علل خارج کردن دندان به ترتیب پوسیدگی 1/72 درصد، بیماری پریودنتال 5/17 درصد علل پروتزی 5/7 درصد، ارتودنسی 7/1 درصد و سایر علل 3/1 درصد می<span dir="LTR">‌</span>باشد همچنین بیشترین درصد مراجعه بر حسب جنس جهت خارج کردن دندان 6/54 درصد زن و کمترین 4/45 درصد مرد می<span dir="LTR">‌</span>باشد. از طرفی بیشترین درصد مراجعه بر حسب سطح تحصیلات زیر دیپلم 8/45 درصد و کمترین دانشگاهی 3/8 درصد می<span dir="LTR">‌</span>باشد همانند بسیاری از مطالعات متغیرهای تحقیق به غیر از جنس در تمام موارد تفاوت معنی<span dir="LTR">‌</span>دار وجود داشت (<span dir="LTR">p</span><05%).</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>نتیجه</strong><strong><span dir="LTR">‌</span></strong><strong>گیری:</strong> با توجه به اینکه وجود پوسیدگی و بیماری پریودنتال علل اصلی خارج کردن دندان دائمی در مراجعین بود بنابراین بایستی یک سیستم بهداشت دهان و دندان مناسب شامل برنامه کارآمد که به آموزش پیشگیری همچنین درمان پوسیدگی تأکید داشته باشد گسترش یابد.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>واژگان کلیدی:</strong> علل خارج کردن دندان، <span dir="LTR">‌</span>کشیدن دندان<span dir="LTR">‌</span>ها</p> <p dir="RTL"></p> <p></p> <p><strong>Introduction:</strong> Because of prevalence of permanent tooth extraction and it&rsquo;s related complication and due to bether alternative ways of tooth repair, this stady is done in Health Centers of karaj province to evaluate the etiologies and related risk factors.</p> <p></p> <p><strong>Methods: </strong>Survey was done by cross-sectional method on 240<br> patients. After extraction of data/factors like etiology of tooth<br> remoral/ age/ sex/ educational leval/ cigarette somking and History of systemic disease were analayzed by SPSS software version 10.</p> <p></p> <p><strong>Results: </strong>In present study, the most common reason of tooth<br> extraction are decaying (72.1%), periodontal disease (17.5%),<br> prosthesic reasons (7.5%), orthodontics causes (1.7%) and other<br> reason (1.3%).</p> <p>(54.6%) were women and (45.4%) were men. In term of educational leval (45.8%) were in undergratuate level and (8.3%) had university degree.
