fa شناسایی بهترین چارچوب معماری سازمانی بیمارستان با رویکرد قابلیت پیاده سازی در ایران عمومى General پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL">چکیده</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>ارائه خدمات کیفی مبتنی بر فناوری اطلاعات به بیماران در بیمارستان نیازمند معماری مناسب و قابل پیاده‌سازیاست. با جستجو در اینترنت و سایت‌های معتبر پزشکی کشور و همچین مراجعه به بیمارستان‌های معتبر تهران، در زمینه معماری سازمانی بیمارستان مطلبی یافت نشد. در این مقاله با تکیه بر دو بعد پیاده‌سازی و داشتن ویژگی‌های مناسب، از میان 17 چارچوب معماری سازمانی، بهترین چارچوب انتخاب خواهد شد. به این منظور ابتدا با استفاده از نظر خبرگان پنج معیار برای بعد پیاده‌سازی انتخاب شد. بر اساس این معیارها، پنج چارچوب‌ که بالاترین امتیاز را کسب کرده بودند انتخاب شدند. در مرحله بعد با مطالعه عمیق 17 چارچوب موجود،44 ویژگی عام از آن استخراج شد. سپس بر مبنای نیاز به این ویژگی‌ها در بیمارستان پرسشنامه‌ای تنظیم و با استفاده از دلفی، 8 معیار دارای اهمیت شناخته شد. در گام بعد با استفاده از</strong><strong>روش تحلیل سلسله مراتبی، از میان چارچوب‌های مرجع چارچوب </strong><span dir="LTR">TOGAF</span><strong>‌ با وزن مطلق </strong><strong>0.318 </strong><strong>برای طراحی معماری سازمانی فناوری اطلاعات در بیمارستان انتخاب شد.</strong></p> <p dir="LTR"></p> <p dir="LTR">Providing quality services to patients based on information technology (IT) in a hospital which necessitates a suitable and implementable architecture. By searching on the Internet and reputable Iranian medical web sites and also by visiting the prestigious hospitals in Tehran, nothing interesting was found about hospital enterprise architecture. In this paper, based on the two aspects of implementation and having the appropriate characteristics, from the seventeen architecture frameworks, the best architecture framework will be selected. For this purpose, by using experts&rsquo; viewpoints, five criteria were selected for the implementation aspect. Based on these criteria, five frameworks with the highest rating were selected. In the next stage, through in-depth analysis of the seventeen existing frameworks, forty-four public criteria were selected. Then, according to these criteria in a hospital, by using the Delphi questionnaire, eight of the most important criteria were selected. In the next step, by using hierarchical analysis, through the reference frameworks, TOGAF framework with the absolute weight of 0.318 was selected for designing an IT enterprise architecture for a hospital.</p> <p dir="LTR"></p> 0 0 http://jmciri.ir/browse.php?a_code=A-10-1-1836&slc_lang=fa&sid=1
