fa وضعیت میاستنی گراو در استان کرمان در طی سالهای 1387 لغایت 1389 عمومى General پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL"><a name="_GoBack"><strong>چکیده: </strong></a></p> <p dir="RTL"><em>پیش گفتار:</em> بیماری میاستنی گراو یک بیماری مزمن و اتوایمون است که انتقال عصبی عضلانی را مختل و باعث ضعف عضلانی می شود. این بیماری در تمام نژادها گزارش شده است، ولی اختلاف در شیوع آن&nbsp; هنوز روشن نیست. هدف این مطالعه تعیینمیزان بروز این بیماری&nbsp; و سایر بیماریهای همراه آن در استان کرمان است<span dir="LTR">.</span>روش: تمام بیماران تشخیص داده شده در استان کرمان (مراجعین به بخش مغز و اعصاب مرکز پزشکی شفا&nbsp; که در آن زمان(1389-1387)&nbsp; تمام بیماران به متخصصین این مرکز مراجعه می کردند) مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند.&nbsp; <em>نتایج:</em> میزان بروز در این مطالعه 6/5 نفر در یک میلیون جمعیت است، و در زنان دوبرابر &nbsp;مردان است. در شهرهای با میانگین درجه حرارت پائین تر این نسبت بیشتر است. در 9% موارد همراه اختلال فعالیت تیروئید و در 5/4% موارد همراه سیستمیک لوپوس اریتماتو بود. در 45% موارد غده تیموس غیر طبیعی که 16% تیموما و 29% هیپرپلازی بود. <em>استنتاج:</em> میزان بروز سالیانه میاستنی گراو&nbsp; در استان کرمان 5-10 نفر در میلیون است که در مناطق سردسیر بیشتر است و در زنان دو برابر مردان دیده می شود.</p> <p></p> <p><em>Background and aims: </em>&nbsp;Myasthenia Gravis (MG) is a chronic autoimmune disorder of neuromuscular transmission resulting in muscle weakness. While MG reportedly occurs in all ethnic groups, relative differences in disease prevalence are yet to be determined. The aim of this study was evaluation&nbsp; of incidance and other disorders with it in Kerman province of Iran. <em>Methods: </em>All patients with MG that referred to our department since 2007-to-2009 evaluated. The patients are all of MG diagnosed in Kerman province.<em>Results:</em>The average annual incidence in our study is 5.6/million population with male to female ratio 1/2. These rates in the cities with low mean temperature are higher than high mean temperature.&nbsp; Thyroid diseases associated with MG is 9%, systemic lupus erythematous is 4.5%. The rate of abnormal thymus is 45% ( thymoma&nbsp; 16%, and thymus hyperplasia 29%). <em>Conclusion:</em> incidence&nbsp; of myasthenia gravis in Kerman estimated 5-10/million population with female to male ratio 2/1.
