fa بررسی و اولویت بندی عوامل موثر بر جذب توریسم سلامت عمومى General پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL"><strong>زمینه و اهداف:</strong> گردشگری سلامت، امروزه از رو به رشدترین بخش‌های صنعت گردشگری در جهان است که به دلیل کم‌هزینه بودن ارائه خدمات درمان در کشور ایران، از بهترین وجوه توسعه اقتصادی به‌شمار می‌آید و فرصتی مناسب جهت ارائه خدمات پزشکی به گردشگران و نیز ایجاد رضایتمندی در بیماران خارجی مراجعه‌کننده به کشور، جهت درمان برای ارتقاء اعتبار و اقتصاد کشور است.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>روش بررسی</strong>: این پژوهش با هدف بررسی و اولویّت‌بندی عوامل مؤثّر بر جذب توریسم سلامت و ارائه پیشنهادهای ارتقائی در صنعت توریسم کشور، کتاب‌ها، مقالات و پژوهش‌هایی را که دارای کلیدواژه‌های <span dir="LTR">Medical tourism</span> و <span dir="LTR">Health tourism</span> بودند و نیز با تکیه بر استانداردهای وزارت بهداشت و درمان کشور و سازمان‌های اعتباربخشی بین‌المللی درمانی معتبر دنیا، به‌علاوه نظرهای صاحب‌نظران خبره این حوزه، مورد بررسی قرار داده است.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> نتایج حاصله از این پژوهش در بررسی فرضیّه‌های به آزمون گذاشته شده، مؤثّرترین عامل را کم بودن هزینه درمان در ایران و همچنین ایجاد دهکده گردشگری به منظور رضایت بیماران خارجی و عامل سوم، حسن شهرت پزشکان و پس از آن، احترام به عقاید ایشان و در رده پنجم، وجود یک سازمان یا نهاد مجزّا جهت پیگیری امور بیماران خارجی را در حضور خود در کشور ایران مؤثّر دانستند. در رده‌های بعدی، سه عامل با اثرگذاری کمتر قرار دارند.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری</strong>: با توجّه به نتایج به‌دست آمده در این پژوهش، به نظر می‌رسد که عوامل تأثیرگذار بیشتری بر جذب توریسم سلامت مؤثّر هستند و یافته‌های این مستند می‌تواند راهگشای شناخت بهتر این فاکتورهای مداخله‌گر باشد.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>واژگان کلیدی:</strong> گردشگری، توریسم سلامت، بیمار خارجی، دهکده سلامتی، پزشکان حاذق.</p> <p></p> <p><strong>Aim & Context: </strong></p> <p>Health Tourism is one of the most growing sections of tourism industry in the world at present and in Iran because of presenting low-cost treatment services it is one of the best economical development forms for credit and economy gradation and also appropriate opportunity for presetting medical services to tourists and for the last even create satisfaction in foreign patients referraling to country toward treatment.</p> <p></p> <p><strong>Survey manner:</strong></p> <p>This research, has been checked with the purpose of surveying and preferring effective elements on health tourism attraction and presenting incentive offers in country&#39;s tourism industry, books, papers and researches which had &quot;Medical tourism & Health tourism&quot; keywords and also with emphasis on country&#39;s health department and international valid treatment accreditation organizations plus experts&#39; comments in this field.</p> <p></p> <p><strong>Findings<span dir="RTL">:</span></strong></p> <p>The results of this research in study of tested hypothesizes ,expressed that the most effective factor is low-cost treatment in Iran then creation of a health village for foreign patients satisfaction and for the third factor doctors&#39; goodwill then respecting their beliefs and for the fifth existence of a separate organization or institution following foreign patents affairs.
