fa تعیین سلامت روان قربانیان زن تجاوز جنسی مراجعه کننده به مرکز پزشکی قانونی استان اصفهان در سال 1393 Associations between history of sexual assault and psychological disorders in these victims in Isfahan in 2015 عمومى General پژوهشي Research مقدمه: بسیاری از تحقیقات نشان می دهند در قربانیان تجاوز جنسی اختلالات روانی بوجود می آید که ممکن است به صورت همیشگی با قربانی همراه باشد. قربانیان تجاوزات جنسی با عوارض متعدد جسمی و روانی روبرو هستند که نیاز شدیدی به کمک های مراقبتی چه از لحاظ جسمی و چه از نظر روانی دارند. تشخیص و درمان به موقع این عوارض کمک شایانی به قربانیان خواهد کرد. هدف این مطالعه بررسی اختلالات روانی در قربانیان تجاوز جنسی در شهر اصفهان بود. روش کار: این مطالعه به صورت توصیفی در سال 1393 انجام گرفت. نمونه های مورد پژوهش 93 نفر از قربانیان تجاوز جنسی مراجعه کننده به مرکز پزشکی قانونی استان اصفهان بودند که به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی در دسترس انتخاب شده بودند. برای بررسی سلامت روان از پرسشنامه سلامت روان SCL-90 استفاده شد که در این پرسشنامه جنبه های مختلف سلامت روان از جمله افسردگی، اضطراب، خودبیمارانگاری، وسواس ، حساسیت بین فردی ، پرخاشگری، پارانویا، فوبیا و روانپریشی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و داده ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی مورد  بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج: نتایج مطالعه نشان داد که میانگین ±  انحراف معیار سن افراد قربانی 34/3  ± 35 /23 بود و این مقدار در افراد متجاوز  75/ 3 ± 63/26 بود. بیشتر قربانیان در بازه سنی 23 تا 27 ساله قرار داشتند که این مقدار 47 نفر معادل 9/48 درصد بود. همچنین 50 نفر ( 8/56 درصد) افراد متجاوز نیز در بازه سنی 23 تا 27 سال قرار داشتند. نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که 3/32 درصد قربانیان دارای اختلالات روانی خفیف و 5/64 درصد دارای اختلالات روانی متوسط و 1/1 درصد دارای اختلال روانی شدید هستند همچنین بیشترین اختلال روانی دیده شده در این افراد افسردگی و پرخاشگری بود. نتیجه گیری: از آن جایی که تجاوز جنسی سلامت روان افراد را به خطر انداخته و پیامد های روانی زیادی بر جای می گذارد بهتر است برای پیشگیری از آن مداخلات آموزشی و پیشگیرانه را در جامعه گسترش دهیم و شبکه های خانوادگی و اجتماعی را تقویت کنیم و با تشخیص زودرس و درمان قربانیانی که دچار آسیب روانی شده اند از عوارض وخیم این حادثه بکاهیم.   <div></div> <div dir="RTL" style="text-align: left;">Abstract Introduction: Researchers have discovered that a history of sexual assault is frequently linked with a lifetime diagnosis of multiple psychiatric disorders. Sexual assault survivors face a challenging spectrum of physical and mental health symptoms, which results in high health care utilization.  Diagnosis and treatment of this condition will help the victims. The current study examines associations between a history of sexual assault and psychological disorders in these victims in Isfahan city. Materials & Methods: This descriptive study was carried out in 1393. The sample size was 93 person who were randomly selected from rape victims in Isfahan forensic medicine center.  For mental health measuring symptom check List 90- Revised (SCL90-R) scales were used. SCL-90-R measures the modalities of somatization, obsessive-compulsive, depression, interpersonal sensitivity, anxiety, aggression, phobia, paranoid and psychotisism. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. Results: the results of the study showed that the mean and standard deviation of the victim’s age was 23/35 ±3/34 years, and this was in the aggressive group of 26/63±3/75. Most of the victims were between the ages of 23-27 of 47(48/9%) which were. also 50(56/8%) perpetrators were aged 23-27 years.  Also results showed that 64/5 % of patients had moderate and 32/3 % had mild and 1/1 % had severity psychiatricdisorders. The most common psychiatric disorder was depression and angry.
