fa شناسایی تفاوت کانون توجه، احساس تنهایی، پذیرش و نگرش فرهنگی در افراد سالمند مستقر در مراکز نگهداری و سالمندان مستقل عمومى General پژوهشي Research <strong>زمینه:</strong> در سراسر عمر محیط زندگی افراد<span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:calibri,sans-serif;">‌</span></span> می<span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:calibri,sans-serif;">‌</span></span>تواند نقشی اساسی در روند مباحث شناختی، رفتاری و حتی جسمانی را سبب گردد، بنابراین هدف پژوهشی حاضر شناسایی تفاوت کانون توجه، احساس تنهایی، پذیرش و نگرش فرهنگی در افراد سالمند مستقر در مراکز نگهداری و سالمندان مستقل است.<br> <strong>روش کار:</strong> روش پژوهش علی - مقایسه<span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:calibri,sans-serif;">‌</span></span>ای بوده است و جامعه<span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:calibri,sans-serif;">‌</span></span>ی آماری پژوهش تمامی سالمندان زن 65 تا 75 ساله بدون مشکل شناختی بودند. نمونه آماری این پژوهش شامل 35 سالمند مستقر در مراکز نگهداری و 35 نفر سالمندان مستقل که هر دو گروه دارای عملکرد شناختی طبیعی و سالم به روش نمونه گیری غیرتصادفی دردسترس در شهرستان گرگان در تابستان 1397 بودند. شناسایی سلامت شناختی بر اساس تشخیص روان پزشک و شاخص سنجش وضعیت شناختی <span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">(SPMSQ) </span></span>انجام گرفت و از آنها خواسته شد تا به پرسشنامه<span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:calibri,sans-serif;">‌</span></span>های مقیاس پذیرش مارلو و کراون، مقیاس احساس تنهایی <span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">(SELSA-S)</span></span>، پرسشنامه کانون توجه <span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">(FAQ)</span></span> و ارزیابی نگرش<span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:calibri,sans-serif;">‌</span></span>های فرهنگی اجتماعی هافستد پاسخ دهند. داده<span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:calibri,sans-serif;">‌</span></span>ها با استفاده از روش آزمون ضریب تحلیل واریانس چند متغیره مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.<br> <strong>یافته</strong><strong><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:calibri,sans-serif;">‌</span></span>ها:</strong> در مجموع بین شناسایی تفاوت کانون توجه، احساس تنهایی، پذیرش و نگرش فرهنگی در افراد سالمند مستقر در مراکز نگهداری و سالمندان مستقل با توجه به تحلیل واریانس چند متغیره تفاوت معناداری در سطح (01/0<span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;">= </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">P</span></span>) وجود داشت.<br> <strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong> با توجه به نتایج تحقیق به طور کلی<span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:calibri,sans-serif;">‌</span></span> می<span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:calibri,sans-serif;">‌</span></span>توان بیان نمود که فراهم کردن مراقبت خانواده محور و اجرای مداخلات بهداشتی- رفاهی توسط ارگان های ذیربط در مراکز نگهداری از سالمندان می تواند در ارتقاء سلامتی عمومی سالمندان موثر باشد. Background: Throughout the life of people, environment can play a crucial role in the process of cognitive, behavioral, and even physical thinking. Thus, the purpose of this study was to identify the focus of attention, loneliness, acceptance and cultural attitude in elderly people located in care centers and independent elderly.<br> Methods: The research method was a causal comparison and the statistical population of the study were all elderly women aged 65-75 years without cognitive problems. The sample consisted of 35 elderly people in care centers and 35 independent elderly people who both had normal and healthy cognitive function through non-random available sampling. Cognitive health recognition was performed on the basis of psychologist&rsquo;s diagnosis and cognitive status index (SPMSQ). They were asked to complete a questionnaire on Marlow and Crown Recognition Scale, Feeling lonely SELSA-S, Focus of Attention Questionnaire (FAQ) and the Hofstede Social Housing Assessment Questionnaire. Data were analyzed using Mann-Whitney Variables Analysis (MANOVA).<br> Results: The results indicate that there is a significant difference in the level of focus of attention, loneliness, acceptance and cultural attitude among elderly people located in care centers and independent elderly (P = 0.01).<br> Conclusion: According to the results of the research, it can generally be concluded that provision of family-based care and the implementation of health-welfare interventions by the relevant organs in the care centers of the elderly can be effective in promoting the general health of the elderly. سالمند, احساس تنهایی, توجه متمرکز.
