fa بررسی تبعیت دارویی بیماران پیش و پس از دریافت آموزش و دریافت پمفلت در مورد داروی لووتیروکسین عمومى General پژوهشي Research <strong>زمینه:</strong> تبعیت ضعیف یکی از علل پاسخ ناکافی بیماران تحت درمان با لووتیروکسین است. هدف از انجام این مطالعه بررسی تاثیر استفاده از آموزش اختصاصی و استفاده از پمفلت در مورد نحوه صحیح مصرف لووتیروکسین بر میزان تبعیت بیماران بود.<br> <strong>روش کار:</strong> مجموعاً 200 بیمار مصرف<span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:calibri,sans-serif;">‌</span></span>کننده لووتیروکسین با استفاده از پرسشنامه موریسکی از نظر تبعیت مصرف لووتیروکسین بررسی شدند. 100 بیمار، افراد گیرنده لووتیروکسین بصورت متداول و 100 بیمار دیگر، افرادی بودند که تحت آموزش اختصاصی و دریافت پمفلت در مورد نحوه صحیح مصرف لووتیروکسین قرار گرفته بودند.<br> <strong>یافته&rlm; ها:</strong> بیماران در هر دو گروه از نظر توزیع جنسی، میانگین سنی، طول مدت مصرف لووتیروکسین، تعداد داروهای مصرفی و شاغل بودن تفاوت معنی داری نداشتند. در بیماران گروه بدون آموزش به ترتیب 52<span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">%</span></span> و 8<span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">%</span></span> و 10<span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">%</span></span> دارای تبعیت ضعیف، متوسط و مناسب و در بیماران گروه گیرنده آموزش، تبعیت ضعیف، متوسط و مناسب به ترتیب 26<span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">%</span></span> و 34<span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">%</span></span> و 40<span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">%</span></span> بود. آنالیز کای اسکوار نشان داد که بین میزان تبعیت و دریافت یا عدم دریافت آموزش رابطه معنی<span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:calibri,sans-serif;">‌</span></span>داری موجود است(001/0<span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">=P</span></span>)<br> <strong>نتیجه &rlm;گیری:</strong> استفاده از آموزش و ارائه پمفلت در مورد نحوه صحیح مصرف داروی لووتیروکسین و اهمیت آن در درمان بیماران مبتلا به کم&rlm;کاری غده تیروئید در جمعیت ایرانی سبب افزایش تبعیت بیماران از دستور مصرف ارائه شده توسط کادر درمان می&rlm;شود. Background: Poor adherence is one of causes of inadequate response in patients under treatment with levothyroxine. The aim of present study was to evaluate the effect of individualized patients&rsquo; education and giving a pamphlet regarding the proper usage of levothyroxine on patient&rsquo;s adherence.<br> Methods: A total number of 200 patients who consumed levothyroxine were included to evaluate their adherence to levothyroxine consumption based on Morisky questionnaire. Hundred patients received levothyroxine as routine without any instruction on proper use and 100 patients were educated and received a pamphlet on proper use of levothyroxine.<br> Results: There were no differences in two groups regarding sex distribution, mean age, levothyroxine use duration, number of medications and having a job. In patients who did not receive education demonstrated 52, 8 and 10% poor, moderate and good adherence, respectively. Patients who received education showed 26, 34 and 40% poor, moderate and good adherence, respectively.
