In today's law one of the most important issues discussed is the criminal responsibility of those in charge of medical affairs professionals which has been assigned regulations in the Islamic Penal Code 1392 (2013). The criminal responsibility of those in charge of medical affairs professionals can be divided into two categoriesm; general criminal responsibility and special criminal responsibility. Recent responsibility depends on the necessary coordination between criminal law and specific medical law. It is suggested that shortcomings and defects to the drafters, implementers in order to resolve the ambiguities and defects in the laws regarding the criminal responsibility of the medical officers by stating solutions such as taking the initiative to establish and formulate laws that have a stronger logical support and with legal principles and foundations as well as requirements.
