fa بررسی سرواپیدمیولوژی هلیکوباکتر پیلوری در شهرستان سلماس عمومى General پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL"><strong>زمینه:</strong> هلیکوباکتر پیلوری 50-60 درصد از جمعیت جهان را آلوده کرده و دلیل عمده بروز گاستریت، زخم&shy;<span dir="LTR">‌</span>های پپتیک، آدنوکارسینومای معده و لنفوم بافت لنفوئیدی همراه مخاطات است. عفونت هلیکوباکتر پیلوری انتشار جهانی داشته و تقریباً یک<span dir="LTR">‌</span>سوم مردم جهان آلوده هستند. هدف از این مطالعه مقایسه میزان آنتی<span dir="LTR">‌</span>&shy;بادی&shy;<span dir="LTR">‌</span>های سرمی اختصاصی تولید شده علیه هلیکوباکتر پیلوری در مراجعین به آزمایشگاه تشخیصی و همچنین بررسی و مقایسه تیتر آنتی<span dir="LTR">‌</span>&shy;بادی&shy;<span dir="LTR">‌</span>های <span dir="LTR">M) IgM)</span> و <span dir="LTR">G) IgG)</span> به منظور کنترل و مدیریت شیوع عفونت ناشی از هلیکوباکتر پیلوری در شهرستان سلماس می<span dir="LTR">‌</span>&shy;باشد.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>روش کار:</strong> در این بررسی تعداد 461 (طیف سنی 0 تا 70 سال) مراجعه<span dir="LTR">‌</span>کننده به آزمایشگاه<span dir="LTR">‌</span>های تشخیص طبی شهرستان سلماس در سال 93-92 تحت بررسی قرار گرفتند. از این افراد نمونه خون محیطی تهیه شد و تیتر آنتی<span dir="LTR">‌</span>&shy;بادی<span dir="LTR">‌</span>&shy;های <span dir="LTR">IgM</span> و <span dir="LTR">IgG</span> ضد هلیکوباکتر پیلوری به روش الیزا تعیین گردید.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>یافته</strong><strong><span dir="LTR">‌</span></strong><strong>ها:</strong> از مجموع تعداد نامبرده، 267 نفر (58%) زن و 194 نفر (42%) مرد بودند، که 320 نفر دارای تیتر آنتی<span dir="LTR">‌</span>&shy;بادی (<span dir="LTR">IgM</span> و <span dir="LTR">IgG</span>) مثبت و 141 نفر تیتر منفی داشتند.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>نتیجه</strong><strong><span dir="LTR">‌</span></strong><strong>گیری:</strong> به منظور کاهش عفونت هلیکوباکتر پیلوری باید استراتژی&shy;<span dir="LTR">‌</span>های بهبود تسهیلات بهداشتی، وضعیت آموزشی و شرایط اقتصادی- اجتماعی به کار گرفته شوند.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>واژگان کلیدی:</strong> هلیکوباکتر پیلوری، آنتی<span dir="LTR">‌</span>&shy;بادی&shy;<span dir="LTR">‌</span>های <span dir="LTR">IgM</span> و <span dir="LTR">IgG</span>، الیزا، شهرستان سلماس</p> <p></p> <p><em>Helicobacter pylori</em> infects 50&ndash;60% of the world population and is major cause of gastritis, duodenal (peptic) &nbsp;&nbsp;and gastric ulcers, gastric adenocarcinoma and gastric mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue (MALT) lymphomas. <em>H. pylori</em> infection has a worldwide distribution and almost a third of the world&#39;s population is infected. This study was conducted to determine the level of anti-<em> H. pylori </em>IgG, IgM in suspected patients of Salmas.</p> <p><strong>Material and Methods: </strong>A total of 461 (ages 0-70 years) referred to the reference medical laboratories of Salmas city in 2013-2014 were studied. The blood samples were taken and anti-H.pylori antibody titers of &nbsp;IgM &nbsp;and IgG were determined by ELISA.</p> <p><strong>Results:</strong> Out of 461 samples, 267 cases (58%) were women and 194(42%) were male, 320 cases had both of anti-<em>Helicobacter</em> (IgM and IgG), and 141cases were negative.</p> <p><strong>Conclusion:</strong> Strategies to improve sanitary facilities, educational status, and socioeconomic status should be implemented to minimize <em>H. pylori </em>infection.</p> <p><strong>Key words:</strong><em> Helicobacter pylori</em>, IgG and IgM antibodies, ELISA, Salmas.</p> 330 336 http://jmciri.ir/browse.php?a_code=A-10-1-1667&slc_lang=fa&sid=1
