fa ارتقا روند تعویض کفش های منطقه ی غیر محدود در محل ورود به منطقه ی نیمه محدود در اتاق عمل بیمارستان منتخب اصفهان در سال 1395-یک مطالعه اقدام پژوهی عمومى General پژوهشي Research <strong><span style="font-family:b roya;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">مقدمه: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b roya;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">افرادی که از بیرون اتاق عمل وارد دپارتمان جراحی می شوند باید به درستی پوشش جراحی مناسب برای ورود به منطقه ی نیمه محدود و محدود را بپوشند. کفشی که در مناطق محدود و نیمه محدود پوشیده می شود نباید در مناطق غیر محدود پوشیده شود.نظربه اینکه میکروب های بیماری زا داخل کفش جمع شده و به داخل اتاق عمل منتقل می شوند، پژوهش حاضر با هدفاصلاح روند تعویض کفش های منطقه ی غیر محدود در محل ورود به منطقه ی نیمه محدود انجامشد.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b roya;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">روش و نتایج: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b roya;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">مطالعه ی حاضر با رویکرد اقدام پژوهیبا رویکرد همکاری متقابل(</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">mutual approach</span></span><span style="font-family:b roya;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">) بود که در بیمارستان منتخب وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان انجام شد.<strong><span style="background:yellow;">17</span></strong> نفر از پرسنلاتاق عملبیمارستان منتخببه روش در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزارگردآوریدادهها شاملپرسشنامهمحققساخته ای بود که روایی و پایایی آن تأیید شد. برای مطالعه ی حاضر یک چرخه ی عملی چهار مرحله ای (شناسایی مشکل،ارزیابی مشکل، برنامه ریزی برای حل مشکل و اجرا</span></span><span style="font-family:b roya;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">)</span></span><span style="font-family:b roya;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;"> طراحی و اجرا گردید.</span></span><br> <span style="font-family:b roya;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">میزان آگاهی افراد از مشکل موجود، علل عدم تعویض کامل کفش های منطقه غیر محدود در محل ورود به منطقه نیمه محدود و راهکارهای اجرای تعویض کامل کفش ها شناسایی شد. با برگزاری کلاس آموزشی، تهیه ی کفش، برگزاری جلسه با مسئولین برای نظارت بیشتر، نصب تابلو،پمفلت و جداسازی و تعیین مرز در بین مناطق، کفش های مناطق نیمه محدود و غیر محدود کاملا از هم جدا شد.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b roya;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">نتیجه گیری: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b roya;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">نتایج مطالعه نشان داد همکاری بین پرسنل و مسئولین می تواند در ارتقاروندتعویضکفشهایمنطقهیغیرمحدوددرمحلورودبهمنطقهینیمهمحدوددراتاقعمل موثر واقع شود.</span></span><br> &nbsp; <strong>Introduction: </strong>Those who enter the surgery department from outside must wear the proper surgery outfits so as to put step in the partially restricted and restricted areas of the operation room. The shoes that are worn in partially and totally restricted areas should not be used in unrestricted areas because pathogenic microbes get precipitated in the shoes and are carried to OR via the shoes. The present research has been conducted for promoting the process of changing the unrestricted areas shoes upon entering the restricted and partially restricted areas.<br> <strong>Method and Results: </strong>This is an action research that was conducted in the selected hospital affiliated to Isfahan University of Medical Sciences and Health Care Services. 17 people were chosen from among the OR staffs using access method. The data were collected via questionnaires the validity and consistency of which were proven. For this study a quadruple pragmatic cycle (problem recognition, problem assessment, planning for solving the problem and implementation) was designed and implemented.<br> The degree of people&rsquo;s consciousness of the existing problems, the reasons of the staff&rsquo;s negligence regarding changing unrestricted area shoes upon entering the restricted areas and the strategies that are needed for the implementation of changing plan were recognized.
