fa یک دهه تحقیقات و مطالعــات پژوهشگران جمهوری اسلامی ایران در حوزه ســرطان و مقــایسه آن با کشورهــای منطقه و جهــان (2006-2015) عمومى General پژوهشي Research چکیده<br> <strong><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;">زمینه: </span></strong><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt;">بررسی تولیدات علمی، ابزار مناسبی برای سیاست&rlm;گذاری و برنامه&rlm;ریزی صحیح و شناخت وضعیت گذشته را فراهم آورده و موجب هدف&rlm;دارکردن حرکات علمی و تعیین اولویت&rlm;های پژوهشی و شناسایی نقاط ضعف و کمبودهای موجود می&rlm;شود. مطالعه حاضر با هدف ارزیابی کمی و کیفی مقالات و مدارک علمی پژوهشگران ایرانی در حوزه سرطان صورت گرفته است.</span><br> <strong>روش کار: </strong>پژوهش حاضر به روش پیمایشی-توصیفی (مقطعی) و با استفاده از ابزارهای علم سنجی صورت گرفته است. جامعه آماری مطالعه حاضر را 9289 مقاله و مدرک علمی پژوهشگران کشورمان در حوزه سرطان تشکیل می&rlm;دهند که طی سال&rlm;های 2015-2006 در مجلات متعلق به پایگاه اطلاعاتی اسکوپوس منتشر و نمایه شده&rlm;اند. برای تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات از نرم&rlm;افزارهای <span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">SPSS</span></span>، <span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">NodeXL</span></span> و <span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">VOSviewer</span></span> استفاده شده است.<br> <strong>یافته&rlm; ها: </strong>یافته&rlm;ها نشان داد که تولیدات علمی پژوهشگران ایرانی در حوزه سرطان طی یک دهه اخیر از رشدی سالیانه 25 درصدی برخوردار بوده است. همچنین ضریب همکاری علمی بین&rlm;المللی مقالات و مدارک علمی حوزه سرطان 3/19 درصد بوده است. دانشگاه&rlm;های علوم پزشکی تیپ برتر از مهمترین مراکز تولید کننده مدارک علمی و پژوهشگران کشورهای صنعتی و توسعه&rlm;یافته جهان از مهمترین شرکای متخصصان ایرانی در تولید علم مشترک بوده&rlm;اند. همچنین تحقیقات و مطالعات صورت گرفته در برخی حوزه&rlm;های علم سرطان از قبیل سرطان سیستم صفراوی، رحم و کودکان در سطح قابل قبولی قرار نداشته است.<br> <strong>نتیجه&rlm; گیری: </strong>هر چند به لحاظ کمی تولیدات علمی پژوهشگران ایرانی طی سال&rlm;های اخیر رشد نسبتاً قابل قبولی داشته ولی به لحاظ کیفی این مقالات در مجلات معتبر و با کیفیت بالا منتشر نشده&rlm;اند. حمایت وزارت بهداشت، درمان و آموزش پزشکی و دانشگاه&rlm;های علوم پزشکی وابسته به آن از محققان و متخصصان پزشکی، افزایش تعاملات و ارتباطات علمی پژوهشگران ایرانی با همکاران خارجی&rlm;شان، افزایش بودجه&rlm;های مربوط به تحقیق و پژوهش، فراهم نمودن امکانات آزمایشگاهی و برگزاری دوره&rlm;های آموزشی شیوه&rlm;های نگارش مقالات علمی جهت افزایش سطح کمی و کیفی مقالات علمی، لازم و ضروری بنظر میرسد.<br> &nbsp; Abstract<br> Introduction: Investigation of scientific production is a suitable method for making policies and taking decision in the field of scientific growth. It will provide knowledge on the past situation and also can be effective in aiming scientific movement, determining research priorities and identifying present weaknesses. This study aimed to evaluate the quality and quantity of scientific production among Iranian researchers in the field of cancer.<br> Methods: This was a survey-descriptive study (sectional) and Scientometrics approach was used. The statistical population include 9289 articles and documents in the field of cancer which were published in Scopus&rsquo; scientific journals during 2006-15. To analyze the data and draw graphs, SPSS, NodeXL and VOS viewer were used.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br> Results: Findings show that Iranian scientific production increased during the period of the study and the rate of growing was 25% every year. Also the ratio of international scientific collaboration in the field of cancer was 19.3%. Top medical universities were considered as the most important producer center and developed and industrials countries were regarded as the most important co-worker in publishing scientific outputs. Also measure of scientific production in some categories such as bone, uterus and child cancer were not at a good level.<br> Conclusion: Although Iranian scientific production in the recent years has shown a great growth, articles are not published in very valid and high quality journals. Support of Ministry of Health and Medical Education and their affiliated medical universities to researches, will increase the rate of Iranian scientific researchers&rsquo; interaction and collaboration with their co-worker in other countries.
