fa شرایط و ایجاد مسئولیت کیفری متصدیان امر پزشکی و تحولات قانون مجازات اسلامی ۱۳۹۲ در این زمینه عمومى General پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:12.5pt"><span style="line-height:16.0pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:black"><span lang="FA" style="letter-spacing:-.1pt">یکی از مسائل مهم مورد بحث در حقوق امروز، مسئولیت کیفری متصدیان امر پزشکی است که در قانون مجازات اسلامی مصوب 1392 مقرراتی به آن اختصاص یافته است. مسئولیت کیفری متصدیان امر پزشکی به دو دسته قابل تقسیم است مسئولیت کیفری عام و مسئولیت کیفری خاص. مسئولیت اخیر منوط به آن است که میان قوانین کیفری و قوانین خاص پزشکی هماهنگی لازم وجود داشته باشد. نقصان و ایرادات به واضعان، مجریان در جهت رفع ابهامات و ایرادات موجود در قوانین در خصوص مسئولیت کیفری متصدیان امر پزشکی با بیان راهکارهایی همچون مبادرت به وضع و تدوین قوانینی که از پشتوانه منطقی محکم تری برخوردار بوده و با اصول و مبانی حقوقی و همچنین مقتضیات زندگی فردی و اجتماعی نیز سازگاری بیشتری داشته باشد، پیشنهاد می گردد.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <pre style="margin-left:24px; text-align:justify"> <span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="background:white"><span style="line-height:27.0pt"><span courier="" new="" style="font-family:"><span lang="EN" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span arial="" style="font-family:">In today&#39;s law one of the most important issues discussed is the criminal responsibility of those </span></span><span style="font-size:14.0pt"><span arial="" style="font-family:">in charge of </span></span><span lang="EN" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span arial="" style="font-family:">medical affairs professionals</span></span> <span lang="EN" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span arial="" style="font-family:">which has been assigned regulations in the Islamic Penal Code 1392 (2013).
