fa نیازسنجی محتوای آموزشی جهت آموزش سرطان پستان در سطح جامعه از منظر خانمهای غیر مبتلا به این بیماری Needs Assessment of Educational Content for Breast Cancer Education at Community Level from the Viewpoint of Non-affected Women عمومى General پژوهشي Research زمینه: سرطان پستان شایعترین سرطان در خانمها می باشد. تشخیص زودرس با مراجعه بیمار قبل یا در بدو بروز علائم امکان پذیر است که مستلزم آگاهی فرد از موضوع و عدم ترس او از تشخیص می باشد. بسیاری از خانمها سوالات زیادی در مورد این سرطان دارند که بی پاسخ ماندن آنها سبب عدم مراجعه می شود. در این مطالعه از خود بیماران در مورد نیازهای اطلاعاتی ایشان و پرسش هایی که می خواهند در طی آموزش ها به آنها پاسخ داده شود، تحقیق شده است. روش کار: از خانم های مراجعه کننده به درمانگاه های بیمارستان جامع بانوان آرش درخواست شد تا کلیه سوالاتی که نیاز دارند در یک برنامه آموزشی سرطان پستان به آنها پاسخ داده شود را در فرمی بنویسند. وقتی در 15 فرم متوالی هیچ سوال جدیدی وجود نداشت، پایان کار اعلام گردید. یافته‌ها: جمعا 60 نفر وارد مطالعه شدند. میانگین تعداد سوال در هر فرم  3 (1 تا 14) و کلا 194 سوال طرح گردیده بود. پرسشها بر اساس الفاظ مشترک و علمی همسان سازی و دسته بندی شدند که منجر به 63 سوال در 5 دسته شد. نتیجه‌گیری: مطالعات زیادی در مورد آموزش سرطان پستان انجام شده ولی هیچکدام به سوالات خود بیماران نپرداخته اند. این مطالعه نشان می دهد که خانمها پرسش های زیادی در مورد سرطان پستان دارند و نیازمند پاسخ به آنها می باشند. استفاده از نتایج این مطالعه برای تهیه بسته های آموزشی و همچنین انجام تحقیقات مشابه در سطح چند مرکزی پیشنهاد می گردد. Abstract Background: Breast cancer is the most common female cancer, and early diagnosis is possible in case the patients seeks medical attention before appearance of any symptom, or at first clinical presentation. For this, the patient must be aware of the subject and not to be afraid of the diagnosis, but women have many unanswered questions about this cancer. In this study, we decided to ask the patients themselves about their information needs and the questions they want to be answered during the training. Methods: Women attending different clinics of Arash Women's Hospital were asked to note all the questions they would like to be approached in a breast cancer educational program in a form. This was continued until there was no new question in 15 consecutive forms. Results: A total of 60 patients were included in the study. The average number of questions in each form was 3 (1 to 14), with a total of 194 questions. The questions were matched and categorized according to common scientific terms, which resulted in 63 questions in 5 categories. Conclusion: Many studies have been conducted on breast cancer education, but none have addressed patients' own questions. This study shows that women have many questions about breast cancer that need to be addressed in educational programs.
