fa مقایسه اثربخشی بازیهای حسی - حرکتی و نوروفیدبک بر توجه کودکان دارای نقص توجه و بیش فعالی The Effectiveness of Sensori-motor Plays and Neurofeedback on the Attention of Children with Attention Deficit and Hyperactivity Disorder تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research چکیده زمینه: این پژوهش با هدف مقایسه اثربخشی بازی‌های حسی_حرکتی و نوروفیدبک بر توجه کودکان دارای نقص توجه و بیش‌فعالی شکل گرفت. مطالعات پیشین عواملی چون سبک دلبستگی، ذهن آگاهی، ویژگی‌های شخصیتی و عوامل خانوادگی را موثر می دانستند و معتقد بودند که افراد دارای بیماری بیش‌فعالی در خود تنظیمی هیجانی یعنی مدیریت و کنترل در این حیطه، نقصان دارند. به همین سبب بررسی در مشکلات این گروه و با تمرکز به مساله توجه و تمرکز، امری مهم و نیازمند توجه است. روش کار: این پژوهش به روش مطالعه نیمه تجربی انجام گردید و آزمودنی ها به شیوه در دسترس از تمامی کودکان 8 تا 12 سال تهرانی مبتلا به بیش‌فعالی انتخاب و بصورت تصادفی در گروههای آزمایش و کنترل قرار گرفتند. 40 نفر آزمودنی در سه گروه بازی‌های حسی-حرکتی، نوروفیدبک، گروه ترکیبی و یک گروه کنترل قرار گرفتند و پیش و پس از مداخلات برای سنجش توجه از IVA2 استفاده شد. یافته ها: نتایج این پژوهش با استفاده از تجزیه و تحلیل کواریانس پس از رعایت پیش فرض ها مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت و نشان داد که میزان توجه دیداری و شنیداری در بازی‌های حسی-حرکتی، نوروفیدبک و ترکیبی در گروه آزمایش و شاهد پس از حذف اثر پیش آزمون به طور معناداری با هم تفاوت دارند. این نتیجه به این معناست که با توجه به نتایج ذکر شده، مداخله بازی‌های حسی-حرکتی، نوروفیدبک و ترکیبی تاثیر معنادار بر میزان توجه در ابعاد گوش بزنگی، توجه، سرعت پردازش، احتیاط، ثبات، تحمل، ادراک، پایداری و حسی-حرکتی در دو بخش دیداری و شنیداری دارد. نتیجه گیری: بر اساس یافته های بدست آمده رویکرد ترکیبی بازی‌های حسی_حرکتی و نوروفیدبک بر توجه کودکان اثر بخشی بیشتری به نسبت دو رویکرد بازی‌های حسی-حرکتی و نورورفیدبک دارد و بین دو رویکرد بازی‌های حسی-حرکتی و نورورفیدبک در اثر بخشی بر توجه، تفاوت معناداری وجود ندارد. Abstract Background: This research was conducted with the aim of comparing the effectiveness of sensory-motor games and neurofeedback on the attention of children with attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder. Previous studies consider factors such as attachment style, mindfulness, personality traits, and family factors to be effective and believe that people with hyperactivity disorder are deficient in emotional self-regulation, i.e., management and control in this area. For this reason, investigating the problems of this group and focusing on the issue of attention and concentration is important and needs attention. Method: This research was conducted as a semi-experimental study and the subjects were selected from all 8 to 12-year-old children in Tehran with hyperactivity and were randomly assigned to experimental and control groups. 40 subjects were placed in three groups of sensory-motor games, neurofeedback, combined group and a control group, and IVA2 was used to measure attention before and after the interventions. Results: The results of this research were evaluated using analysis of covariance after meeting the presuppositions and showed that the amount of visual and auditory effects in sensory-motor, neurofeedback and combined games in the group and the control after removing the pre-test effect. They are significantly different. This result means that the intervention of sensory-motor, neurofeedback and combined games have significant effect on the amount of attention in the dimensions of listening, attention, processing speed, caution, stability, tolerance, perception, stability and sensori motor. It has two parts, visual and auditory.
