fa بررسی میزان دانش، نگرش و عملکرد بیماران مبتلا به کووید در ارتباط با خدمات تله مدیسین Evaluation of knowledge, attitude and practice of patients with COVID-19 regarding use of Telemedicine services تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research چکید‌ه زمینه: با توجه به نقش حیاتی تله مدیسین در مقابله با همه گیری COVID-19 و سایر بیماری ها، این مطالعه با هدف بررسی سطح دانش، نگرش و عملکرد بیماران مراجعه کننده به درمانگاه  COVID-19 نسبت به ارائه خدمات پزشکی از طریق تله مدیسین انجام شده است. روش کار: این مطالعه در اورژانس عفونی بیمارستان مسیح دانشوری انجام شد. ابتدا پرسشنامه‌ای طراحی و تدوین گردید و از بیماران پس از رضایت آنها خواسته شد که آن را تکمیل نمایند. سوالات شامل اطلاعات دموگرافیک، دانش بیماران، نگرش، تجربه و رضایتمندی بیماران در ارتباط با استفاده از تله مدیسین در کنترل بیماری COVID-19 بود. در نهایت، پرسشنامه‌ها پس از تکمیل با روش های آماری تست های غیر پارامتری کروسکال والیس و من-ویتنی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها: از مجموع 200 نفر شرکت کننده در مطالعه 60% مرد و 27% متعلق به گروه سنی 40 سال و کمتر بوده و 35% دارای تحصیلات دانشگاهی و 26% مجرد بودند. همچنین 83% افراد حاضر در مطالعه به گوشی هوشمند و 5/83% هم به اینترنت دسترسی داشتند. بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده از مطالعه حاضر، استفاده از تله مدیسین به دانش، نگرش و تجربه بیماران به طور مستقیم وابسته است و افراد جوانتر، با تحصیلات دانشگاهی و مجرد تمایل بیشتری به استفاده از خدمات تله مدیسین داشتند، همچنین نگرش زنان نیز نسبت به مردان در استفاده از تله مدیسین بیشتر بود. بیماران برای دریافت اطلاعات از شبکه های مجازی و برای ثبت علائم و گرفتن اطلاعات در خصوصCOVID-19 نسبت به استفاده از اپلیکیشن نگرش مثبتی داشتند. نتیجه‌گیری: با اینکه افراد حاضر در مطالعه دانش و نگرش قابل توجهی نسبت به این موضوع داشتند اما عملکرد مناسبی در خصوص استفاده از خدمات تله مدیسین نداشتند و مراجعه حضوری را به مجازی ترجیح می‌دادند. برای حل این مشکل توصیه می‌شود آموزش‌هایی متناسب با هر دو گروه پزشکان و بیماران در نظر گرفته شود تا میزان آشنایی آنها با خدمات تله مدیسین ارتقا یابد و اعتماد آنها نسبت به استفاده از آن افزایش پیدا کند. نکته مهمتر اینکه باید نقش پزشکان به عنوان عنصر کلیدی در ارتقا سطح عملکرد افراد را با آموزش‌های توجیهی مناسب تقویت کرد تا با انتقال آموزش‌ها به بیماران و ترغیب آنها جهت استفاده بهینه از این فناوری نوین گام موثری در پیشبرد اهداف استفاده از آن برداشته شود. <pre style="text-align:justify"> Abstract Background: Considering the vital role of telemedicine in dealing with the epidemic of COVID-19 and other diseases, this study was conducted with the aim of investigating the level of knowledge, attitude and practice of patients referring to the COVID-19 emergency department regarding the provision of medical services through telemedicine. Methods: This study was conducted in the infectious diseases emergency department of Masih Daneshvari Hospital. A questionnaire regarding knowledge, attitude and practice of patients with COVID-19 about telemedicine was designed and completed by patients. The questions included demographic information, knowledge of patients, attitude, experience and satisfaction of patients in connection with the use of telemedicine in the control of corona disease. Finally, statistical analysis was performed using the non-parametric Kruskalwallis and Mann-Whitney tests. Results: Out of the total of 200 participants in the study, 60% were men, 27% belonged to the age group of 40 years and below, 35% had university education and 26% were single. Also, 83% of the people in the study had access to a smartphone and 83.5% had access to the Internet. Based on the results obtained from the present study, the use of telemedicine is directly dependent on the knowledge, attitude and practice of patients, and younger people, with university education and unmarried people were more inclined to use telemedicine services. Also the attitude of women was more positive than men regarding telemedicine use. Patients had a positive attitude towards using mobile applications to receive information, record symptoms, and gain information about Corona. Conclusion: Although the people present in the study had significant knowledge and attitude towards this issue, they did not have a proper performance regarding the use of telemedicine services and preferred face-to-face referrals to virtual ones. To solve this problem, it is recommended to consider appropriate training for both physicians and patients to improve their familiarity with telemedicine services and increase their confidence in using it.
