These types of pain have a great impact on physical activity, wellbeing, sleep, depression, social isolation, and the quality of life in people suffering from it. Various treatments are available to treat chronic pain. One of them is the use of antidepressants. Recently, a network meta-analysis has examined the effectiveness of these drugs.
