fa بررسی تاثیر تمرینات چشمی یوگا بر خستگی چشم در دانشجویان پرستاری زاهدان Investigating the Effect of Yoga Eye Exercises on Eye Fatigue in Zahedan Nursing Students طب فیزیکی و توانبخشی پژوهشي Research چکیده زمینه: امروزه استفاده‌ی مداوم و طولانی‌مدت از وسایل الکترونیکی مانند تلفن‌های همراه، لپ‌تاپ‌ها و تبلت‌ها در میان دانشجویان به‌ویژه درحوزه‌های علوم پزشکی از جمله پرستاری، افزایش یافته است. این مسئله موجب بروز مشکلات مختلفی در سلامت بینایی شده که یکی از مهم‌ترینآن‌ها خستگی چشم است. خستگی چشم می‌تواند علائمی مانند خشکی، سوزش، تاری دید، درد در ناحیه‌ی چشم، حساسیت به نور و کاهش تمرکزرا به همراه داشته باشد. با توجه به اهمیت موضوع، یافتن روش‌های مؤثر و غیر دارویی برای کاهش این مشکل ضروری به‌نظر می‌رسد. تمریناتچشمی یوگا به عنوان یکی از روش‌های غیر تهاجمی و طبیعی در ارتقاء سلامت چشم و کاهش خستگی آن مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. هدف اینمطالعه بررسی تأثیر تمرینات چشمی یوگا بر کاهش میزان خستگی چشم در دانشجویان پرستاری بود. روش کار: این مطالعه به‌صورت نیمه‌تجربی و از نوع پیش‌آزمون–پس‌آزمون انجام شد. جامعه‌ی پژوهش را دانشجویان پرستاری تشکیل دادند کهبا روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها پرسش‌نامه‌ای دو بخشی بود. پس از آموزش تمرینات چشمی یوگا به گروهمداخله، از آن‌ها خواسته شد تا به‌مدت 6 هفته، هر هفته 5 روز و روزانه 30 دقیقه این تمرینات را انجام دهند. یافته‌ها: تحلیل داده‌ها نشان داد میانگین نمرات خستگی چشم قبل از انجام تمرینات چشمی یوگا (3/46±1/30) و پس از آن (1/21±1/23) تفاوت معنی‌داری داشت (p<0/001). این نتایج نشان‌دهنده‌ی کاهش چشم‌گیر خستگی چشم پس از اجرای مداوم تمرینات یوگا بود. نتیجه‌گیری: تمرینات چشمی یوگا می‌توانند به‌عنوان یک راهکار مؤثر، ایمن، غیر تهاجمی و غیر دارویی برای کاهش خستگی چشم مورداستفاده قرار گیرند. این تمرینات می‌توانند در برنامه‌های مراقبتی دانشجویان و افرادی که به‌طور مداوم از وسایل الکترونیکی استفاده می‌کنند،گنجانده شوند Abstract Background: Nowadays, prolonged and continuous use of electronic devices such as smartphones, laptops, and tablets has become an integral part of students’ academic and personal lives, especially in medical and nursing education. This excessive screen time has raised increasing concerns regarding visual health, with eye fatigue being one of the most common and troublesome consequences. Eye fatigue may manifest as symptoms such as dryness, burning sensation, blurred vision, sensitivity to light, eye pain, and reduced concentration, all of which can negatively impact students’ academic performance and quality of life. In recent years, yoga eye exercises have gained attention as a non-pharmacological, non-invasive, and natural method to improve eye health and relieve visual fatigue. These exercises are believed to improve blood circulation around the eyes, relax the eye muscles, and reduce tension. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of yoga eye exercises in reducing eye fatigue among nursing students. Methods: This semi-experimental research followed a pre-test–post-test design. The study population consisted of nursing students who were selected through simple random sampling. A two-part questionnaire was used to collect data before and after the intervention. Students in the intervention group were trained in yoga eye exercises and were asked to practice them five times a week, for 30 minutes per session, over a period of six consecutive weeks. Results: The results showed a significant reduction in the average eye fatigue scores after the intervention. The mean score before the exercises was 3/46±1/30, while after the exercises it decreased to 1/21±1/23. Statistical analysis confirmed the significance of this difference (p<0/001), indicating the effectiveness of yoga eye exercises in alleviating eye fatigue. Conclusion: Yoga eye exercises can be considered an effective, low-cost, and accessible method to reduce eye fatigue, especially for students who are required to spend extended periods using digital screens.
