fa پزشکان در خط مقدم انسانیت؛ توجه به سلامت روان کادر درمان در بحران‌های جنگی اخلاق پزشکی نامه به سردبیر Letter to Editor در بحران‌های جنگی، کادر درمان کشور با تعهد و فداکاری مثال‌زدنی، مسئولیت مراقبت از بیماران را در سخت‌ترین شرایط به‌عهده می‌گیرند. با این حال، فشارهای روانی ناشی از حجم بالای کار، دغدغه امنیت خانواده و اضطراب‌های ناشی از بحران، می‌تواند سلامت روان آنان را تحت‌تأثیر قرار دهد. سلامت روان پزشکان، پرستاران و سایر کارکنان درمانی، نه‌تنها جنبه‌ای انسانی دارد، بلکه نقشی اساسی در کیفیت خدمات سلامت عمومی ایفا می‌کند. در این نامه، ضمن اشاره به چالش‌های روانی کادر درمان در بحران‌های جنگی، راهکارهایی ساده، کم‌هزینه و قابل اجرا برای حمایت روانی از آنان پیشنهاد شده است. این راهکارها شامل راه‌اندازی خط مشاوره محرمانه، ایجاد فضاهای استراحت، جلسات گفت‌وگو، آموزش مهارت‌های مقابله با استرس و ترویج قدردانی عمومی از کادر درمان می‌باشد. حفظ سلامت روان این قشر فداکار، تضمینی برای پایداری نظام سلامت و ارتقای تاب‌آوری ملی در شرایط بحرانی است. <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:13pt"><span irmitra="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:black"><span style="font-weight:bold"><span class="latin" new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="letter-spacing:-.05pt"><span style="font-weight:normal">During wartime crises, healthcare providers in the country assume critical responsibilities under the most challenging conditions. However, the psychological stress caused by high workload, concern for family safety, and persistent crisis-related anxiety can seriously affect their mental well-being. The psychological health of physicians, nurses, and other caregivers is not only a human right but also a determinant of public healthcare quality. This letter highlights the psychological challenges faced by medical staff during war and proposes simple, low-cost, and practical support strategies. These include establishing confidential consultation lines, creating rest spaces, promoting peer communication, offering stress management education, and fostering public appreciation of healthcare workers.
