Background
Nowadays, patients' access to proficient doctors is limited due to increased demand for medical services and insufficient manpower, as well as the unbalanced distribution of specialists. On the other hand, due to the high sensitivity of blood pressure diseases and the time of care, treatment and follow-up, telecardiology can be a solution for these patients to be considered with the aim of improving access and medical services.

Methods
In this study, software was designed to monitor patients' blood pressure at home. Patients were divided into two groups: clients of public centers and clients of private office. Then, to evaluate the cooperation of patients with this program and monitor blood pressure, and also to remind patients to send blood pressure measurements, the patients were asked to install the application and finally a comparison was made between the two groups.
Results
Among the 105 patients who installed the app, only 24 contributed, including 9 from the hospital and 15 from the private office. Patients did not cooperate for the following reasons: lack of blood pressure monitor, inability to use the application, lack of a person to help cooperate, and low level of knowledge. Survey of patients' satisfaction showed that the doctor's contact with them caused a sense of security in the patients studied.
Conclusion
The results of the study showed more cooperation of private patients than public hospital patients. The findings also showed that following up of the patients gives them a sense of security and adequate care and reminds them of the importance of controlling blood pressure.
