During wartime crises, healthcare providers in the country assume critical responsibilities under the most challenging conditions. However, the psychological stress caused by high workload, concern for family safety, and persistent crisis-related anxiety can seriously affect their mental well-being. The psychological health of physicians, nurses, and other caregivers is not only a human right but also a determinant of public healthcare quality. This letter highlights the psychological challenges faced by medical staff during war and proposes simple, low-cost, and practical support strategies. These include establishing confidential consultation lines, creating rest spaces, promoting peer communication, offering stress management education, and fostering public appreciation of healthcare workers. Supporting the mental well-being of this devoted group is a key factor in sustaining healthcare system functionality and enhancing national resilience during emergencies.
